SCOPE
The platform supports multiple users: players, fans, club owners, scouts, and admins. It includes competitions, team management, leaderboards, player discovery, fan engagement, and a marketplace. I worked on both the user-facing experience and parts of the admin structure.

PROBLEM
How do we turn informal street football into a structured system where players can compete, get discovered, and earn real opportunities? Street football is highly active across many regions, but it is disorganized and lacks structure. Talented players often go unnoticed because there is no proper system to track performance, rank players, or connect them to professional opportunities. Clubs manage games informally, results are inconsistent, and there is no reliable scouting pipeline. Fans also have no structured way to follow or support players.
SOLUTION
A structured digital platform that turns street football into an organized competitive system. I designed a multi-role ecosystem where players can join teams, compete in structured tournaments, and build visibility through stats and videos. Scouts can discover talent using filters, leaderboards, and performance data. Fans can follow players, support them through wallet-based tipping, and engage with content. I also designed supporting systems like live match tracking, automated competition progression, disciplinary rules, and a marketplace for sports merchandise. Each feature was designed to reduce complexity while still supporting a large-scale competitive structure.

PROCESS
I started by understanding how street football actually works in real life. Players form informal teams, matches are organized locally, and talent is usually discovered by chance. I studied how players get noticed, how clubs operate, and how scouts currently find talent.

Players needed visibility, so profiles and stats had to be clear and easy to access.
Fans needed engagement, so I focused on videos, following, and simple actions like tipping players.
Scouts needed speed, so I removed unnecessary features and focused on search, filtering, and shortlisting players.
I also prioritized simplicity. Even though the system is complex, each user only sees what they need.

OUTCOME
The final design creates a connected ecosystem where street football becomes structured, visible, and monetizable. Players gain exposure through performance tracking and scouting visibility. Clubs can manage competitions efficiently. Scouts get access to real data and talent discovery tools. Fans can actively support players financially. Admins maintain fairness and control at scale. The platform transforms informal football into a competitive system with clear progression from local matches to professional opportunities.
